This website (nextsavylabs.com) is operated by Nextsavy Technologies. Nextsavy Labs is its AI-focused division. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nextsavy Technologies.

02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the site working.
- Details you give us: when you use the contact form, your name, work email, company, area of interest and message. These are emailed to our team, and we send you a confirmation email.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages come from people, not bots. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check only and does not use them for advertising.
- Usage and performance: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages viewed, the referring site, the country, the device type and page load times. They set no cookies and do not identify you.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information or confidential business data through the contact form.

- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making about you.
04Why we are allowed to use it
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
06AI and your information
We do not use the information you send through this site to train AI models. When we work with a client’s own data in an engagement, how that data is handled is agreed in writing for that engagement.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a possible engagement, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or ask us to limit how we use it;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
